PHFSC September Board Meeting Agenda Date: September 15th, 2026 - Approval of minutes – August board meeting minutes need to be approved. - President Report - Treasurer Report - Fundraising: - Poker - Mums: Joanne has collected order forms. Orders were due September 4th, Delivery is September 19th. Order is down 304 plants from last year, we will need to pick up in Memphis. - Ice Show - Fundraising committee update for Ice Show 2027. - Ice show policies/Registration forms were approved by board. - Old Business - Summer skating/Camp - New Business - Mclaren Grant: Sara applied for $1,000 grant and we have been selected to receive this again! Thank you! - Renewal: Detroit Metro skate council/Tri-State memberships. - Adjourn Next Meeting will be October 20th, 2026, at 6:30pm at Glacier Office.
