Orders were due September 4th, Delivery is September 19th. Order is down 304 plants from last year, we will need to pick up in Memphis. - Ice Show - Fundraising committee update for Ice Show 2027. - Ice show policies/Registration forms were approved by board. - Old Business - Summer skating/Camp - New Business - Mclaren Grant: Sara applied for $1,000 grant and we have been selected to receive this again! Thank you! - Renewal: Detroit Metro skate council/Tri-State memberships. - Adjourn Next Meeting will be October 20th, 2026, at 6:30pm at Glacier Office.

PHFSC August Board Meeting Minutes Date: August 18th, 2026 Called to Order: 6:30 PM Attendees: Board Members: Sara Burrows-Rutkofske, Stephanie Krause, Marisa Slingerland, Ronda Bingham Coaches: Amanda Penrod, Linda Murray Members: Tiffany Sheldon Minutes Approved: July minutes approved. Marisa Slingerland made motion to accept with Ronda Bingham 2nd. All Approved. President Report: - No president report to present. Treasurer Report: Available upon request. Discussed still having $3800 still outstanding for membership fees, Linda is working on this. Ronda Bingham made motion to accept with Marisa Slingerland 2nd. All approved. Ice Show: Amanda and Tracy sent out Ice show policies to the board, these will be approved through group chat after having the weekend to look them over. They have been amended to include tights as well. • Ice Show fundraising committee: There are four people as of right now committed to helping! Will discuss again at September meeting. • Sponsor Donations: Huron Lady (Laura) has showed interest in sponsoring for the ice show! Discussed possible different donation options. • Ice Show Theme: Fire & Ice! Darren will be working on a logo for the website/Sponsor flyer. Ice show will be March 13th, 2027, with a 10am, 2pm, and 6pm show! Stephanie Krause made a motion to approve. Marisa Slingerland 2nd. All Approved. Fundraising: • Poker: Going well, thank you to all who volunteered! Discussed double checking schedules before committing. • Fall Mums: Joanne sent out information and order forms, currently for sale! Due date is September 4th, Delivery is September 19th. Events: • Fun Committee: Sara will be putting together Banana Lovers Day treats for August 27th. Old Business: Nothing to report. New Business: • Mclaren Grant: Friday is deadline, Sara has this all ready and will turn in. Grant will be used towards Ice Show expenses. Will know if we will receive this again in the next 4 weeks. • USFS Grant: Discussed Linda Dewey looked into this deeper, this may be based more on Aspire. They want specific information with budget and Background. Linda will keep us up to date on this. • Website: Ronda has talked to Sports Engine (Go Motion), will email them again to discuss issues. • Christmas show: Skaters have shown interest in doing this again, will discuss further.
